Forgotten password
This app cannot email you a link
It sends no email and no text, so there is no "email me a reset link" button here. Saying there was one would be a lie. A person hands you a new one-time link instead.
What to do
- Ask your review team, DNC Peptides review team (Reply to the DNC Peptides text or email invitation for help.), for a new sign-in link.
- They create a one-time link in their console and give it to you the same way they gave you your first one.
- The link lasts 60 minutes and works once. You set your own new password with it.
A controller who has lost their own password uses the operator setup screen, which needs the stored setup key. There is no way back in without one of those two routes, by design.
